Circa: Quilt Top was made from early fabrics. However, it was quilted sometime after 1960 when poly-blend batting came on the market.
Notable charm: The collection of fabrics used in this quilt is a fabric enthusiast’s dream. This quilt is in beautiful condition, and appears to have been used very little. Superbly hand quilted.
We pride ourselves in a multi-step cleaning process to restore these vintage beauties. It is cuddle ready and, with proper care, your vintage quilt will bring many more years of enjoyment! Spot clean, when possible, and wash on delicate or by hand in cold water when necessary. Gently wring excess water and lay flat to dry.
Some imperfections such as discolorations, fading, tears, and stains are intrinsic to the character of vintage textiles & offer a historical patina to the original design.
